McConnell’s Mill State Park is located just outside of Portersville and Slippery Rock Pennsylvania. The creek that runs under the mill is actually Slippery Rock Creek. The gristmill in the picture is quite historic as it was constructed in 1852. The bridge on the right side of the photo was constructed in 1874. The covered bridge is recorded in the National Register of Historic Places.
This shot was taken back in Mid-October.
